Custom Cruisers Returns policy please read .
Please note: Returns must be notified via telephone fax or email within 48 hours of receipt and returned in original packaging with a copy of invoice and a letter stating the reason for return.Please call for a returns number 01773835666 and put this on the parcel .
If you receive a parcel which has been damaged en route, please ensure you have signed 'contents unchecked' on the delivery note - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, this will enable us to claim against the carrier. If we cannot claim then we may be unable to make a refund if you have not signed for as unchecked or damaged.
We will endeavour to refund your money in the same method used to make payment.Refunds are usually done on Fridays due to workload this time of year .
If an item is ordered incorrectly due to no fault of ours we reserve the right to charge up to 15% if we are charged by our msuppliers we will pass the cost on to you ,this does not apply tom our normal stock items if returned as above ie resellable condition.
