Please note: we do not invoice you for the goods even though the credit cards are given to our credit team it is only billed on packing so we do not use your money as an interest free loan like some!
If you receive a parcel which has been damaged en route, please ensure you have signed 'contents unchecked' on the delivery note - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, this will enable us to claim against the carrier. If we cannot claim then we may be unable to make a refund if you have not signed for as unchecked or damaged.
We will endeavour to refund your money in the same method used to make payment.Refunds are usually done on Fridays due to workload this time of year .
